Apartment 2 Miklavčič is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an LCD TV.

The kitchen is conveniently equipped, containing the following utensils and equipment: dining table with chairs, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator.

The private bathroom comes with a shower, sink, and toilet. In addition, we provide bed linen, towels, and toilet paper.

Continental breakfast is also available: 8€/person/breakfast.

Free parking and WiFi are provided.

HOUSE RULES & RESERVATION POLICY

1.) Check-in: 2 pm – 10 pm and check-out: 8 am – 10 am

2.) Pets are allowed.

3.) Parties are not allowed.

4.) Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

 5.) Guests are not allowed to make noise between 10 pm and 6 am.

6.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.

7.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the apartment than the number of guests on the reservation.

8.) Your reservation is confirmed after email confirmation and receiving the voucher. 30% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be made on arrival.

9.) You can cancel the reservation 3 days before arrival for free. If you cancel the reservation 2 days or less before arrival, you are not entitled to a refund.
